1. Business evaluation - I evaluate your business. If you're an offline business I discuss with you the potential for taking your business online. I discuss and explain all of the potential costs for moving to the online arena. I  prepare you for the success which will come quickly by following some really simple guidelines. I do this portion of our engagement in a series of short, easy to follow interactive tele-conferences which I will be recording and then provide you an mp3 file that you can listen to on your computer or put into your iPod or other mp3 player and listen to at your leisure.

2. Website evaluation - We examine your website for items which are missing from the design which would make it repel (move away) both clients as well as internet search resources which should come to it and index or catalog it. We document these in PDF form which you may share with your web designer or graphics designer so that they can fix them for you.

3. Assignments - We provide you a series of assignments and hold you accountable for their delivery within a time schedule that we work out together. This coaching is all-inclusive covering internet business from A-Z.

4. Website Marketing Plan - I will prepare for a you a serial number protected Adobe PDF file for your internet business which you can refer back to from time to time following our engagement with you, so that you'll know whether or not you're on the right path to keeping business flowing to you. If it falls into someone else's hands it will be useless to them without your access number. That way information about your website and marketing plan are yours and nobody else's.

5. Telephone & Email Access - During the time that we're working together you'll have free email and telephone access to me a certain amount of time each month. This time will be to discuss you and your business and to find unique ways to help you be successful. We Also offer an SEO ONLY Package which costs $2,000.00 for the year. It includes some of the elements of the 10 Hour Consultation package but not all of them. Below is a list of what it does include:

**Note - SEO (Search Engine Optimization - is an organic process. It takes anywhere from 3-6 months to get your site listed properly in the FREE search engine results.

If anyone guarantees you results in 24 hours or less doing strictly organic SEO, they're misleading you. Those results can happen through the use of Google Ad words and a very large advertising budget.** I am more than happy to offer you advice and guidance with reference to doing Ad words work. I have the best resources available for that. But it does cost to do the advertising as well as the monitoring of it.

We know you'll be happy with the services, but some folks have asked for a guarantee. This is ours. We're not in the business of selling guarantees. We're in the business of delivering results. Guarantees are for people who are selling failure. They're also giving you an excuse to bail out on your responsibilities of doing your part in this team effort. That's not how I work. There are plenty of other SEO deals out there with guarantees. If you want to purchase failure, you can go to them. It's really that simple.

Here is a list of just some of the things we do with your website for the price that you're paying. We're going to provide a number of ancillary (extra) services for free that will aid in your site gaining visibility.

1. PAGE TITLE TAGS: Each of the top 5 pages are reviewed to ensure that these titles are what a search engine wants to see, based on the content on those pages.

2. PAGE DESCRIPTION TAGS: Descriptions will also be modified/created to match the content on the pages so that the search engine spiders find your content pleasing.

3. KEYWORDS: Keywords will be created for each of the 5 pages using the top tools on the marketplace to ensure you're keywords match your content (fastest way to get better rankings is to have keywords and relevant content).

4. SUBMISSIONS SCHEDULE: Your domain name, along with the 5 top pages will be placed into a submission schedule to be submitted to the search engines a total of 4 times per month. Two times will be done automatically, the other two will be done manually. This ensures a smooth entry into the search engine index. This schedule is not something we disclose, but it is accomplished and we do keep records of each submission to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

5. MONTHLY RANKING REPORT: At the end of each month, you'll be able to go to a website and view an online ranking report for your site. This report will be evaluated and the next months changes to the titles, descriptions, keywords will be changed accordingly to move your ranking upwards in the search engine indices.

6. GOOGLE SITE MAP: I create a special site map that allows for Google to index your website more thoroughly than other search engines. It's something that Google added a capability for over a year ago. Most companies charge for this. I provide this as a bonus for my clients.
