Please read before you purchase. This is important. Unless
otherwise specified for a particular product offering, We have a
very strict "NO REFUNDS" Policy.
Someone the other day asked me what my "refund" policy was. I told them
that I was in business to provide services, not to provide refunds. Simply put,
the refund policy is "NO REFUNDS".
I am a SERVICE PROVIDER. What that means, is that for a
specified price we provide services. These services have a reasonable
amount of additional support time included with them. For a package that
costs $300.00, that means 3 emails and 2 phone calls per week. Anything
over that would be excessive. For the larger priced packages $1000
there's a whole different schedule of terms and agreements which get
signed. Anything beyond the limits must be paid for at our normal
consulting rate of $600.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. We have established
this because when we engage with clients, we find that from time to time
the get carried away and want all of our time, and not to share with
anyone else. That cannot be, unless you're paying for all that time
you're taking.
We always provide services over and above what our clients request. We
never refuse a client a reasonable request for additional time with us.
What we ask in return for doing business with you, is that you
understand that we service a number of clients, so that when we offer a
discounted package, while we will give you a lot of service, we expect
that you'll respect the boundaries of decency in the frequency of your
phone calls and emails. When and if abuse of this time happens, we have
no choice but to bill you immediately for the standard consulting rates.
If that bill or invoice is not paid immediately, we cancel your contract
and stop services that day. We give 1 warning. That's it. We're not
required by law to give any warning at all, but we give one anyway.
When we cancel a contract it is not without good reason. Do not expect a
refund though. That's not how we work, and the reasons for this are as
follows.
In order to provide you the highest quality of service, we require a
contact that we can work with to make changes to your website. If
you're not providing a contact to work with, we require access to your
site to make these changes. If we have neither of these, our work cannot
be accomplished. It's your responsibility to provide either of these. If in
some strange case you decide it's not important, please don't come back
and tell me that our job is not being done. You will be pointed directly to
this document to read this paragraph, and then your services will be
cancelled and NO REFUNDS are provided. There are NO exceptions.
We stand behind this and the merchant account/payment processing
providers we work with back this as well:
1. You took time (billable at $600.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum)
away from our dedication to providing you services for the package you
signed up for.
2. You took time (billable at $600.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum)
away from our other clients who are trying to reach us and work with us,
so you did a disservice to them and us, and we have to pay for that in
reputation and time, and the time it takes to get back to them, answer
their questions and so on with each client.
3. You could have simply emailed 1 time, or called 1 time and we would
have scheduled time with you to work out any and all questions, but you
saw fit to excessively email us or call us which is just being a bad
customer.
4. PAYMENTS - If your payment is late once, we'll make an exception,
because life happens. If it's late twice, we will cancel your contract
and turn off all submission services. If your payments are NOT the FULL
amount due, we will cancel your services. There are no refunds of
partial payments. Because up till the time we receive your payment, we
are still performing work for you. So this would be like us working for
you for free. While we give back a great amount of consulting and time
in our business, we're doing business on the web to make a profit. So
late or incomplete payments means cancelled services. There are NO
exceptions.
We guarantee website exposure from our services.
How much exposure? That depends on your product, your service, and what
people are looking for. That changes constantly so we're not going to put a
number on it. We're also not going to go head to head in exposure numbers
with a Google ad words campaign. That just does not make sense and yes
people do try to use this as a way of saying "You did not deliver". That's
an excuse people. We're not in the excuse business either.
We do not guarantee
more sales, or that we will answer your excessive emails or phone calls
as we don't have time allotted for them. If we did, we'd have no time to
provide you services.
We also educate all of our customers on the processes that we use in our
work, we keep no secrets unless they are something we are working on to
patent, and we pride ourselves on being the best at what we do. We also
pride ourselves on providing extra value to each and every client we
engage with.
If these rules work for you, please sign up for our services. If they do
not, then don't.
If and when there are any disputes of any kind, this document will be
produced and referred to. It is listed on the site to be read and adhered to.
Remember the sign in the store that says "We reserve the right to
provide service...", it applies here. And remember this is posted not
only to protect me and my company, but you and yours.
