“These are our policies, effective as of September 1, 2003. If you have questions...Look here first, then ask.”

Please read before you purchase. This is important -
We have a very strict "NO REFUNDS" Policy.

Someone asked me once what our "refund" policy was. I told them
that I was in business to provide services, not to provide refunds.
Simply put, our refund policy is "NO REFUNDS".
This has been in force since we opened our doors in 2003.

*Our product, what we sell, what we promote is the sharing of our time with you. That time has a monetary value attached to it. All of the services we provide are time-based. If you're not happy with the services, then you've an option to discontinue them, but we cannot recoup our time investment (phone calls, consulting, emails) so there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.

Clients -

*In order to do our job properly we require access to your website, or access to a competent, cooperative, non-combative individual who will simply perform tasks without us teaching them what we're doing. If you do not have access to your site, or do you do not have such a person available to work with us, DO NOT sign up for our service.*

We are in the business of providing services to and for our clients. If you are working with someone who then connects you to us, you for the purposes of your SEO work become our client. Not theirs. If you have issues with our services, we will work through them with you. It's not necessary for us to always interact with your web person as we can provide you information to give to them and we do this in cases where they are combative or non-cooperative. We don't let them get in the way of your website and its popularity.

We don't however chase our clients down. Some people do. We're not those people.

When we engage with a client this is the formation of a partnership. There are certain items expected of us by our clients and in return we expect certain things from the people we engage with.

a. If you decided that you "can't" do the things we ask of you, such as write articles, post to your blog, send us press releases on time and when requested, then please hire someone else to do those things for you. If you choose not to do them, then don't sign up. Since we're not experts in your field, we depend on you to provide the content for these articles or blog postings or page updates. We can do the placement of them, but only after you've provided the content. Plain and simple there are parts of this that we can do, but other parts must be done by you or this process does not work.

b. We engage with you for certain things. We don't sit around and wait for you to come back months later and expect a warm welcome. We will not repeatedly call or badger you to be accountable to your vision and your mission. You came to us, we did not seek you out. We're here to provide service and we allocate time accordingly for all of our clients. If we waste time chasing those who make a choice not to do their part, it's a disservice to our other clients.

c. Should you decide to remain out of contact with us for more than 30 days at a time, when you return there's a $500.00 re-engagement fee. This does not renew your time with us and start a new year, it does however say that you're going to do your side of the work. If it happens again, then you pay $500.00 more. There are no exceptions to this.

d. If your web designer decides to switch your website around, maybe turn it into a wordpress or joomla or other type of blog/website, and does not implement a transition of the keywords, descriptions, page titles that we've had in place on your website and that we've been using in our submissions, this will completely invalidate your contract with us and our responsibility for any further work on helping you create your web presence. It's your responsibility to ensure that the SEO portions of your website are NOT touched. If they are we're out of the loop and you're out of your investment.

e. If you engage with us, you dilly-dally along in providing us information, you create false deadlines and then don't meet them, you do business in an less than honest fashion with partners who are in any way in danger of prosecution, we don't wish to do business with you. Do NOT sign up, do business, not be happy with results based on content you provide and then turn around and ask us for a refund.

f. We have a request regarding emails as well. Please keep your emails per month to less than 50. In fact the lower the number of emails, the better. Over 100 emails in a month means you're not thinking in a productive fashion and you're not focused on your business or loving you enough to know what you need to accomplish. STOP, BREATHE and honor you. Then call us and arrange a conference call so that we can record it, provide you the audio as well and move forward.

g. We do NOT to yearly payment plans. We do limited payments on a product by product basis. If you engage us for a year contract, we take a deposit based on your circumstances and then we are paid the remaining amount of the full fee for your engaging our time. You're reserving our time for a year. If you're not cancelling the entire engagement prior to its beginning...you're not entitled to a refund. Once we engage, the entire amount of the invoice is due and payable according to terms in our contract. No exceptions.

This goes for ALL clients. There are no exceptions granted for any reason. It's not fair to our other clients. They have paid just like you have.

Re-Engagement Fees -

Any client who remains out of touch for more than 30 days is a suspended client. To come back on board as a full client you must pay a reengagement fee by 12 midnight Pacific Time of the day you come back. If you choose not to do so, you're entitled to SUBMISSIONS ONLY SERVICE. Nothing additional. Read the Services Remaining Section for more on this.

If you go away, then come back we have a non-negotiable, no exceptions granted re-engagement fee. $500.00 must be paid before you come back on as a client. Also if you are to come back on, you'll sign a contract that plainly states that you're on probation for 30 days. If you vanish and do not perform your side of the duties, your engagement will be immediately terminated.

The fee needs to be paid by clicking this button:

Services Remaining -

As a courtesy if we have a client who returns but decides not to reengage with us as a full client, the only service we keep on is automated submissions of the website in current form. Submissions ONLY. NO REPORTING.

Reporting is something we do for active clients only and as a bonus.

No article submissions. No Press Release submissions.

If you want these services you need to come back as a full client. After all your accounts were created to help you get exposure, but if you're not doing the work as you said you would when you signed on then this does not work.

Also, we do not entertain emails that say "I made changes, can you resubmit?"

The answer is that we have a submissions schedule that we go by, so eventually the site will be resubmitted, but not on your schedule. If you want the privilege of service, then return as a full client and hold your end of the deal up. If not, then note that you're not entitled to any special considerations. It's not fair to the rest of the clients to push you in front of them.

How much time do I get with you Michael?

As a full client you get a ton of time with me. Sometimes I won't even time our sessions together and they go for an hour or two. Generally each client gets 1 hour per month, but I love to give more time when I can. If you're not a full client, you're not entitled to my time for free. You only get submissions. My time bills at $300 per hour with a 2 hour minimum or a $600 flat charge for exactly 60 minutes timed by stopwatch. If you want more time...come back as a full client and do your side of the deal.

We are a SERVICE PROVIDER. The service we provide increases exposure on the web of your website. It does not guarantee you additional sales. It does mean you will get additional exposure. We don't provide sitting services for clients. We are all grownups. We're not here to babysit. If you want that...better check your yellow pages. We have no time for that.

In order to provide you the highest quality of service, we require a contact that we can work with to make changes to your website.

If you're not providing a contact to work with, we require access to your site to make these changes.

If we have neither of these, our work cannot be accomplished.

It's your responsibility to provide either of these. If in some strange case you decide it's not important, please don't come back and tell me that our job is not being done.

You will be pointed directly to this document to read this paragraph, and then your services will be cancelled and NO REFUNDS are provided. There are NO exceptions.

We stand behind this document, so do all of our merchant/payment processors.

We do not guarantee more sales, or that we will answer your excessive emails or phone calls as we don't have time allotted for them. If we did, we'd have no time to provide you or other clients our list of  services.

We also educate all of our customers on the processes that we use in our work, we keep no secrets unless they are something we are working on to patent, and we pride ourselves on being the best at what we do. We also pride ourselves on providing extra value to each and every client we engage with.

If these rules DO work for you, please sign up for our services.
If they DON'T, then please DON'T sign up.
You're wasting your time and money.
We will not permit you to waste ours, or our other clients.

If and when there are any disputes of any kind, this document will be produced and referred to. It is listed on the site to be read and adhered to.

Remember the sign in the store that says "We reserve the right to provide service...", it applies here. And remember this is posted not only to protect me and my company, but you and yours.

Best regards and best wishes for great success,

Michael Murdock, CEO
